Odisha Train Accident: GRP Registers FIR Against Unidentified People For Balasore Tragedy That Killed Over 270

Odisha Government Railway Police (GRP) has registered a First Information Report (FIR) in the Balasore train tragedy. FIR has been registered against unidentified persons under several sections of the Railway Act 1989 & Indian Penal Code (IPC). Railway board has sought a CBI inquiry into the matter. Over 270 people lost their lives & more than 1,100 were left injured in the horrific mishap
