Railway Budget 2024: Nirmala Sitharaman Announces Three Major Corridors, 40,000 Normal Rail Bogies To Be Converted To Vande Bharat Standards

On February 1, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the government will implement three major economic railway corridor programmes. She announced the conversion of 40,000 normal railway bogies to Vande Bharat standards. She said that railway corridors will improve efficiency of logistic services and reduce cost. The conversion of coaches will increase safety, convenience and comfort of passengers. Watch the video to know more.
