A fresh political row erupted when Union Minister Smriti Irani alleged that Congress MP Rahul Gandhi made an inappropriate gesture of blowing a flying kiss in Lok Sabha after concluding his speech. The Congress, however, clarified that he did not direct it towards any particular minister or MP, and not at all towards Irani.
