CryptoThe Indian Premier League (IPL) auction took place on February 12 and 13 in Bengaluru. 204 players were sold at the auction. Over Rs 550 crore were spent. Ishan Kishan was the most expensive player, bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 15.25 crore. And the star power at the auction ceremony was hard to miss. Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and daughter Suhana Khan filled in for him at the auction. Shah Rukh Khan jointly owns the Kolkata Knight Riders team with Juhi Chawla. Juhi Chawla’s daughter Jahnavi Mehta was also present at the event. Preity Zinta, co-owner of Kings 11 Punjab shared a post, expressing her exhaustion after watching the IPL Auction. She said, “Exhausted after staying up all night.” On the second day of the auction, she said, “Another long sleepless night filled with excitement.” Preity Zinta couldn't attend the IPL Auction this year due to her newborn kids.
