Texas: Pamela Shantay Turner was shot dead by a police officer in Baytown Texas. An eye-witness captured the video of the woman being shot at by the officer. The struggle ensued when the officer was trying to arrest the women. The woman can be heard yelling, “I am Pregnant”. According to the Baytown police, the woman had outstanding warrants against her and the officer knew her from their previous encounters. The incident is under investigation and the officer has been sent on paid administrative leave.
