Business Briefs Govt Brings in Paradigm Shift in Healthcare: Pradhan

New Delhi, Nov 30 (PTI) The government has brought about a paradigm shift in the national healthcare, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said Friday.

Addressing a CII's Health Summit, he said that an entrepreneurial model is being created by tapping the talent, energy and resources outside the government system to provide affordable, accessible and sustainable healthcare.

He added that Ayushman Bharat is the biggest health care system being implemented by the state which will provide health facilities to almost half the country's population.

The minister added that Health Care Council, set up by the ministry, is pushing to provide trained manpower.

New Delhi, Nov 30 (PTI) The Travel Corporation (TTC) said Friday it has appointed Anthony Lim as the new managing director for Asia for its brands - Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold.

"He will be responsible for growing our partnerships with the travel trade and agent partners across Asia," said Ulla Hefel Bohler, Global CEO of Insight Vacations & Luxury Gold. PTI
