Singhal Infosystems was registered in 2012 and entered the wholesale IT business in 2017. It was first sold to business buyers as a seller on Udaan from 2017 to 2020. In January 2021, it launched Singhal B2B, its own app and website for business customers. In January 2026, the company renamed the business as Odrr and launched Odrr.in, an online store for individual buyers, and Odrr.co.in, its website for business customers. The Singhal B2B app was discontinued at that time.
The Odrr Business app is meant for SMEs, offices, resellers, bulk buyers, and other organisations that buy IT products regularly. Businesses register on the app and are verified using their business documents, such as GST registration. Existing Singhal B2B customers need to register again on the new app.
Buyers can browse laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, ink and toner, storage products, networking devices, keyboards, mice and other computer accessories. They can place orders and track them in the app, with the same functions as on Odrr.co.in.
Across its offline and online business, the company has served more than 13,000 customers. It processes over 5,000 orders a month (as of September 2026). Orders are supported by warehouses in Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, Patna and Guwahati.
"Many of our business customers have bought from us for years, first through Udaan and then through Singhal B2B. They now get the same service under the Odrr name, with an app to check what is in stock, get the right invoice and receive their order on time," said Rajesh Singhal, CEO, Singhal Infosystems Pvt. Ltd.
The company plans to add more products and business features to the app in the coming months.
