Raipur (Chhattisgarh) [India], Oct 14 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in Raipur have filed a complaint against the Congress party for posting a photograph of the map of India without Kashmir on Chhattisgarh Congress' Twitter handle.

"Case has been registered under certain sections of the cybercrime. Further investigation is underway," said Yadumani Sidar, SHO, Civil Lines.

However, the Congress party in the state has said that there was a "printing mistake" in the image.

"There was a printing mistake in the picture. This happened while it was being compressed. An apology was rendered and picture was immediately removed from the Chhattisgarh Congress' Twitter handle because the party stands for integrity of the nation," Chhattisgarh Congress' Jayavardhan Birsa told ANI.

Chhattisgarh is all set to go for polls in two phases- November 12 and 20. Counting of votes will be done on December 11. (ANI)
