Hyderabad (Telangana) Mar 7 (ANI): One toddler died and 15 other fell sick after taking vaccination at Urban Health Centre in Nampally here on Thursday."Today 16 toddlers have fallen sick after taking vaccination at the Urban Health Centre located in Nampally. All the children have been brought to Niloufer health centre for treatment. One toddler among 16 died and was shifted to Osmania General Hospital for Post Medical Examination (PME)," said the police"We have not received any complaints," the police officials said while adding that if a complaint is filed by the parents of these toddlers, a case would be registered and investigation would be taken up.
