India News | Astha Kunj Gang Rape Case: Court Sends Three Accused to Judicial Custody in POCSO Case

New Delhi [India], September 24 (ANI): Saket court on Thursday remanded three accused arrested in the Astha Kunj Park gang rape to judicial custody. Delhi Police arrested three accused, namely Hemant, Mukesh and Asif, in a POCSO case.
The Special POCSO Judge remanded the accused persons to judicial custody. They were produced before the court after two days’ Judicial custody.

Another case has been registered against Asif for the attempt to murder a police team.
Delhi Police produced him before a concerned Judicial Magistrate. He has been sent in judicial custody in this case as well.
Earlier, the accused persons were produced before the Duty Judicial Magistrate at his residence on Tuesday. They were sent in two days’ judicial custody.
All three accused are stated to be residents of Faridabad, Haryana. One of the accused is pursuing a law course. Accused Asif was arrested after an encounter by a team of Delhi police. (ANI)
