Raipur, Sep 6 (PTI) Chhattisgarh on Tuesday reported 99 COVID-19 cases at a positivity rate of 1.62 per cent, taking the tally to 11,74,355, while the death toll increased by two to reach 14,116, an official said.
The recovery count stood at 11,59,517 after 194 people recovered during the day, leaving the state with 722 active cases, he said.

"Durg led with 14 cases, followed by 11 in Rajnandgaon, 10 in Narayanpur, 8 in Raipur and 3 in Bilaspur among other districts. No coronavirus cases were reported in seven districts," he said.
With 6,109 samples examined during the day, the tally of tests carried out so far went up to 1,84,95,406, he added.
