Budgam (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], September 8 (ANI): Two suspected individuals were apprehended after war-like stores were recovered in Karapura in Budgam, an official statement said on Friday. 

Indian Army said that Mobile Vehicle Interception Post (MVIP) was established in Budgam district under 'Operation Karapura'.

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), Chinar Corps said,"In a joint Operation launched by Indian Army, J-K Police and Intel agencies a Mobile Vehicle Interception Post (MVIP) was established at Karapura, Budgam and two suspected individuals were apprehended."

Indian army mentioned that 1 pistol and other war-like stores were also recovered from the two suspected individuals.

Further investigation is underway, an official said. (ANI)
