Maternal Uncle Kills 4-yr-old Boy
A four-year-old boy was murdered allegedly by his maternal uncle at Adityapur in Seraikela-Kharswan district, police said on Thursday.
Jamshedpur, Dec 13 (PTI) A four-year-old boy was murdered allegedly by his maternal uncle at Adityapur in Seraikela-Kharswan district, police said on Thursday.
The reason behind the murder is yet to be clear, the police said.
The incident happened on Wednesday evening.
The accused visited his sister's home, played with the child, took him outside and did not return.
When the boy's family called up the accused on his mobile, it was found to be switched off.
The child's body was later found in a bush, police said adding that prima facie, he was killed with a stone.
By tracing the mobile phone of the accused, police found out that he was outside Jharkhand.
