JSW MG Motor India has officially launched the Hector Tomahawk electric SUV in the Indian market, with introductory prices beginning at INR 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom). For buyers opting for the company's Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) ownership program, the starting price drops to INR 13.99 lakh. The vehicle marks a major addition to the brand's growing electrified lineup, introducing a three-row layout and serving as the first MG model in India to utilise the brand’s new ADAPT architecture.

Battery Specifications and Range

The electric SUV delivers a claimed MIDC driving range of up to 517 km on a single full charge. Additionally, the model supports vehicle-to-home (V2H) charging capabilities, allowing the car to supply power back to external electrical systems or households when needed. The MG Hector Tomahawk EV is offered in three trim levels: Excite, Exclusive, and Essence. The 7-seat configuration is available across the Excite, Exclusive, and Essence variants, while the 5-seat layout is offered exclusively on the top-spec Essence trim. For exterior styling, buyers can choose from four colour options: Obsidian Black, Mist Grey, Frost White, and Stellar Blue.

Exterior Design and Seating Configurations

The Hector Tomahawk features an upright, boxy stance and is available in both five-seat and seven-seat configurations. The front fascia carries distinctive double-stacked LED DRL strips alongside a blanked-off grille and an illuminated brand logo. Interior Layout and Tech Features

Inside the cabin, the layout departs from the conventional fuel-powered Hector models, adopting a minimalist design centred around a massive 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system. As standard for MG vehicles, the cabin includes a comprehensive suite of comfort utilities, connected car tech, and safety equipment designed for family-oriented buyers.
