As per a report by NDTV Profit, the affected employees will receive four months of severance pay, which includes contractual notice pay and a one-time ex-gratia payment. Furthermore, their medical insurance and counselling support will remain active until March 31, 2027. Impacted personnel will also retain ownership of their company-issued laptops and earphones for personal use, alongside dedicated outplacement assistance to help secure alternative employment. Zomato Bans Analogue Dairy Products on Platform
In a separate update, Zomato has instituted a zero-tolerance policy regarding the sale of analogue dairy items by restaurants listed on its platform.
