Ayushmann Khurrana Talks About the Time When a Gay Casting Director Tried to Touch Him Inappropriately

Ayushmann Khurrana has just only begun the promotional journey of his upcoming film, Andhadhun. And he is already making headlines. The actor was speaking to Anaita Adajania Shroff on her talk show, Feet Up With The Stars when he made a startling revelation about his brush with casting couch. Well, this won't be the first time Ayushmann has opened up about facing casting couch, but this will be the first time he has given out murky details of the incident. AndhaDhun Trailer: Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte and Tabu Starrer Looks Gripping and Compelling - Watch Video.

As per reports, while talking to Anaita, Ayushmann revealed, "There was this gay casting director, who said, 'I want to see your c**k. Can I just feel you?' I started laughing. I was like, 'Kya baat kar rahe ho yaar? Are you serious?' I said no, it's not happening like that,"

Earlier, while promoting his hit film Dum Laga Ke Haisha in 2016, Ayushmann had talked about facing casting couch. "I have been through that initially when I was part of the industry. I was a TV anchor, so a casting director directly told me that I would have to do it. So, I told him that if I was not straight, I might have given it a thought, but I can't do it. So yeah, the casting couch exists, but eventually, it's your talent or potential as an actor or performer which would last. You don't need to give in to such stuff," he had said. We are wondering if this is the same incident he is talking about or two different gay casting directors hit on him. Badhaai Ho Trailer: Ayushmann Khurrana’s Comedy Tells You the Importance of Family and 'Protection' - Watch Video.

Ask me, I'd want Ayushmann to talk about this matter more sensitively. He might have been able to get away with the monster called casting couch, but sometimes, due to circumstances, some innocent and vulnerable people end up in the clutches of the evil.
