The legal reversal was confirmed on Wednesday after Sunita was spotted visiting the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai alongside her son, Yashvardhan Ahuja. Speaking exclusively to Hindustan Times, Govinda's long-time manager, Shashi Sinha, put rumours of a split to rest. "Sab log darr kyu rahe hai. Sunita ji ne apna case wapas liya hai. Yeh toh khush hone ki baat hai," Sinha stated, clarifying that the legal petition had been dropped and there is no separation between the couple.
Sinha addressed Sunita's demeanour during her recent court visit, explaining that emotional high points had previously clouded the situation. "Woh itne gusse mein nazar aayi toh sabko laga hoga kuch problem hui, par ab sab theek hai dono mein," he added, noting that the issue has been resolved internally.
Commenting on the public nature of the feud, Sinha expressed relief over the resolution, saying, "Sunita ji has withdrawn the divorce case against Govinda; there is no separation. Whatever she said, she felt that way at the time and has now taken the case back. It is happy news, and I like what she has done. My only regret is that the matter became very public, but these things happen."
