Music director and singer Sajid Khan recently travelled from Dubai to Mumbai in an Air India flight. Taking to social media, the singer posted a video from his flight journey and revealed that the situation inside the flight was totally chaotic and the staff did not pay heed to the passenger concerns.

Sajid Khan Expresses Concern About Flying With Air India After the Ahmedabad Plane Crash
Taking to his Instagram handle on Wednesday (July 16), Sajid Khan shared a video of himself and revealed that he was travelling from Dubai to Mumbai on an Air India flight. In the video, taken inside the aircraft, the singer and music composer mentioned that the lights had been flickering on and off for more than one and a half hours. The situation created chaos inside the flight and specifically caused a panic among children, who could be heard crying. He also stated that the staff were taking the complaints very casually and were not responding to the passengers’ concerns.

In the video Sajid Khan shared, "Recently, such a big incident happened with Air India, and now we are sitting in an Air India flight from Dubai to Mumbai. Everyone is so worried here. In has been one and a half hours and the power has gone four times. Noone is answering. In fact, everyone is taking the situation very lightly. Everyone is laughing and enjoying, but this is a serious matter and children are crying due to it."
Sajid also shared that when his brother raised a complaint about the troubles caused to the passengers, the staff did not take it seriously. "I don't know whether it's a right sign or a wrong sign. But Inshaallah, we will reach home safe. We don't want to be scared. Unfortunately, if something bad happens, it will just remain as a news. " He concluded the video by requesting that the airline staff take this seriously and thoroughly check all arrangements on the flight. The London-bound Air India flight, which lost altitude and crashed in Ahmedabad on June 12, 2025, killed 241 people on board and 19 people on the ground.
