In a major blunder when Sony Pictures Entertainment endeavoured to post a trailer of its film, Khali the Killer on YouTube, but leaked the entire movie instead. At times, we have complained about studios revealing too much a film’s plot before it releases. Well, such promotions completely take away the excitement we hold in for the climax. But the tech team of Sony presumably committed an epic mistake, nevertheless entertaining when they shared the link of an entire hour and a half long movie on YouTube for free.

Khali the Killer: Official Red Band Trailer was envisioned to offer fans just a short snap of the crime drama. But the viewers were unknowingly overwhelmed with the entire movie for free which clocked over 11,000 views. 6 hours after the realisation of such goofed step, Sony Pictures reportedly removed the movie link which now leads to a blank video page. A Reddit user brought the apparent uploading mishap to everyone’s attention. “Another trailer that spoils the whole film,” lamented a Redditor. “It’s just the trailer the whole movie will be 4 hours,” commented another.

The 2017 film by American director Jon Matthews is about an East Los Angeles hit man who decides to take one last job to support his ailing grandmother’s end of life care. However, everything falls apart, when he develops empathy for the targets of his hit, and he is confronted with the toughest decision of life. The trailer of Khali the Killer was likely to promote the streaming and DVD versions of the movie. Putting the entire film up online for free is quite a risky venture for a major studio like Sony.
