The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) announced its class 12th results for Science stream on its official website; gseb.org. The overall pass percentage stood at 72.99 percent. In science stream, Girls outperform boys in GSEB class 12th exams. While the boys secured a pass percentage of 71 percent; girls scored 74.9 percent in science stream. The top scoring district for this year is Rajkot and Chhota Udaipur secured the sixth position. In 2018, a total of 1, 34,671 students sat for science class 12 exams; out of which 98,067 students successfully cleared the exam.
In an earlier report, chairman AJ Shah confirmed that GSEB class 12 results for science stream will only be announced today. The results for other streams are expected soon. The students can now check their results by visiting the official website. They are recommended not to panic if the website runs slow because of huge traffic. Other third-party websites such as examresults.net are also hosting the GSEB class 12 results 2018 for students benefit.
Here are the steps to check your GSEB class 12th results 2018 for Science stream:
1. Log on to the Gujarat Board GSEB official website; gseb.org.
2. You will come across the link that states; GSEB HSC Results 2018 on the homepage. Click that link.
3. Enter the required details along with your roll numbers as per the admit card. Click submit.
4. Your GSEB class 12th results for science stream will be displayed on the computer screen.
5. Download and take a print out of the same for future references.
It is important to note that the results available only will only serve a first-hand information. The original marksheets for class 12 will be provided to the students by their respective schools. This year, GSEB HSC science stream exams commenced from March 12 and continued till March 22; whereas the GSEB HSC General Stream exams were conducted from March 17 to March 28. The results for other courses will be announced by the board soon. As of now, there is no official confirmation on the same. Students are recommended to keep a tab on GSEB website for further updates.
