How to Check MHT CET 2026 Final Merit List
Candidates can follow these steps to download the MHT CET 2026 Final Merit List:
Step 1: Visit the official BE/BTech admission portal.
Step 2: Click on the 'Check Final MHT CET 2026 Merit List Status' link.
Step 3: Enter your application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Click Submit.
Step 5: View your merit rank on the screen.

How Merit Ranks Are Prepared
The CET Cell prepares separate final merit lists for Maharashtra State (MS) and All India (AI) candidates. Maharashtra State ranks are based on MHT CET scores, while All India ranks are determined primarily using JEE Main scores. If two or more candidates secure the same percentile, the CET Cell applies tie-breaking rules. Preference is given in the following order:

Candidates who submitted grievances between July 23 and July 25 should verify that all corrections have been incorporated in the final merit list. Eligible candidates can then proceed to fill and lock their CAP Round 1 option form between July 28 and July 30 to participate in the seat allotment process.
