The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will announce the Group D results today, the exam of which was conducted in September to December 2018. Lakhs of candidates are in stress as they eagerly wait to know their scores, which are to be published on March 4, 2019. RRB released the Group D answer key on January 11, 2019. Ever since then, the speculations of the exam result date began. The candidates who successfully qualify the first-stage CBT for CEN O2/2018 (Level 1 Posts) for Group D recruitment, will next appear in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). After the final selection is made, the shortlisted candidates will fall under Level 1 of 7 CPC Pay Matrix for the openings in various Indian Railways’ units. In 2018, RRB hosted the largest employment drive, creating history in India’s government hiring. It announced 64,371 vacancies for Assistant Loco Pilots and Technician and 62,907 openings for Group D.
