Muslim Man in Darbhanga Breaks Roza During Ramzan and Donates Blood to a 2-Day-Old Girl of SSB Jawan
Arif Khan, president of the National Association for Parents and Students Rights in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, broke his Ramzan fast before Iftar – to save a life.
Darbhanga, May 28: A Muslim man recently broke his roza (fast during Ramzan) to donate blood to a two-day old baby girl. The little girl is the daughter of of SSB jawan Ramesh Singh. According to an ANI report, I thought saving a life is more important, knowing that she is daughter of a security personnel motivated me more."
A similar incident came to the news, seven days back, Arif Khan, president of the National Association for Parents and Students Rights in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, broke his Ramzan fast before Iftar – to save a life.
20-year old Ajay Bijlawan, admitted to the Max Hospital in Dehradun, was in a critical condition, his platelets counts dropped drastically. Ajay's father used social media to spread the message, and thankfully it reached Arif, who decided to donate blood.
When Arif arrived at the hospital, the doctors told him he could donate, but he needs to have some food before it. Since it was not time to break his fast, he wanted to go ahead without having food. But for medical reasons, doctors he had something before donating blood.
