According to investigators, the note states that a teacher punished her for failing to complete her schoolwork, imposed the monetary fine, and threatened her with expulsion via a TC. Madhushree wrote that the alleged humiliation and persistent harassment caused her immense emotional distress. Corroborating the note's claims, her family has openly accused members of the school’s teaching staff of institutional harassment and has formally demanded immediate legal action against those responsible.
The Suryanagar police, who are handling the jurisdiction, stated that the body has been sent for a post-mortem examination. Detectives are currently questioning the school management, the accused teaching staff, and Madhushree's classmates to verify the timeline of events leading up to the incident.
