Jaipur, November 20: A Karachi-bound Cessna aircraft on Tuesday made a priority landing in Jaipur after the pilot got "Indication of Open door". According to a tweet by ANI, the aircraft had taken off from Lucknow for Karachi on Tuesday morning. Reports inform that there was only cockpit crew in the aircraft. As per details by Jaipur Airport official, the state Intelligence Bureau has been informed about the incident.

In August this year, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had suspended the flying licence of the commander of a Cessna. The license was suspended after the pilot crashed the aircraft into the boundary wall of Sri Ganganagar airport in Rajasthan while landing.

According to a PTI report, all the seven passengers, the pilot and the co-pilot were safe. A representative of Airlines, which operates the flight service, said the pilot could not land properly due to the presence of birds on the airstrip and the plane overshot.
