Mumbai, October 22: In a shocking incident, a 37-year-old man was murdered in BKC (Bandra-Kurla Complex) area on Monday night. The police have registered a case under section 302 of the Indian Penal code. According to an ANI update, a search operation is underway to nab the accused. Maharashtra Assembly Elections took place on October 21 across 288 constituencies in the state.

In May this year, A 56-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death by some people, including the husband of a local corporator, in Bandra when he tried to intervene in a scuffle over a social media post, the police said today. The police arrested seven persons in connection with the incident that occurred on May 31 night. In another separate incident from the city, a 45-year-old woman died on Monday after accidentally getting trapped in the lift shaft between two floors of a multi-storied building in Colaba.
