The fault lies with the government, and the incompetence is that of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, yet it is the country's children and their families who are bearing the consequences."

The statement further added: "The examination system has repeatedly come under scrutiny. Despite this, why was there no provision for a buffer time of a few minutes or any other form of relief for the students? In Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, a delay of merely two minutes during the NEET re-exam undid years of hard work for three students. Turning a blind eye while knowing everything—much like Dhritarashtra—is a grave sin."
