According to preliminary reports, the loader was en route toward Bachhrawan when the driver lost control near the toll plaza lanes and hit the concrete median. The impact flipped the vehicle onto its side, dislodging several secured oxygen cylinders onto the tarmac.
Following the turnover, gas rapidly discharged from the damaged valves, creating clouds of escaping vapor. Motorists queueing at the toll plaza and pedestrians in the immediate vicinity scrambled for safety amid concerns over a potential cylinder explosion or fire outbreak.

Eyewitnesses at the scene recorded the chaotic aftermath on mobile cameras, showing the overturned loader lying across the lane with gas hissing violently into the air. The footage, which reportedly dates back to October 15, began trending widely online on Tuesday.
