Pakistani actress was honoured for her immense contribution towards the film industry. Mahira Khan was at the DIAFA, which is held annually, honours distinguished International and Arab personalities, selected by a qualified committee, for their annual achievements and contributions towards communities and societies betterment. The festival introduces renowned figures from various fields such as art, culture, music, business, and humanitarian services. One of the highest-paid actresses in Pakistan, Mahira is adding new feathers to her hat with time. She was among the recipients of the prestigious awards at the third edition of DIAFA, which started in 2017.

The Humsafar actress known for her sartorial choices as much for her fine acting skills made a head-turning appearance on the awards night. She chose a two-toned powder blue floor-length gown by Atelier of La Bourjoisie, a Saudi Arabian label. While the detractors are commenting at length about the ‘cape’ being so 2017 but trust us it is what’s making Mahira Khan’s OOTN such a stunner. On the work front, Mahira Khan will be seen next in The Legend of Maula Jatt opposite Fawad Khan. The film directed and written by Bilal Lashari will also feature Qayyum Ansari, Hamza Ali Abbasi and Humaima Malik.
