India is in a super festive mood right now and why not it is time for the most fun and colourful time of the year. It is Navratri season, the nine-night festival that is celebrated primarily by Hindus offering prayers to Goddess Durga. Navratri 2019 has already started from September 29 and will end on October 7. While the festival is about worshipping Goddess Shakti, let's all admit it that the most awaited thing about Sharad Navratri is Garba and Dandiya. Nothing compares the excitement of dressing up and heading out for a Garba or Dandiya raas. The music, unending enthusiasm and energy. Everything about garba and Dandiya events are fun-filled. BTW, if you haven't yet bought tickets for a Garba or Dandiya event, here are Dandiya and Garba Events Near You During Navratri 2019: Date, Ticket Price and Venues in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.

All of us who have ever attended a Dandiya or Garba event know that it is fun to have a lot of people around. In fact, the more the merrier BUT don't tell me that you can't spot a certain kind of garba or dandiya enthusiast from miles away. Which kind of dandiya or garba enthusiast you ask? Here's a list:

The One Who's Got No Chill: This person is all about the dance. Dandiya and Garba is all they want from the event.

The One Who's There Just For Food: You can find such people at the stalls and have nothing to do with the dance or anything else.

The One Who's Looking For Romance and Romance Alone: Ya for some people it is all about the romance and nothing else. They are there on a lookout for their partner.

The One Who's Busy Greeting Relatives: These people probably regret coming to such events because they have to be smiling all the damn time.

The One Who's Clueless: Probably this person is forced to come to the event and has no interest in dandiya or garba.

The One Who's Ready To Kill With The Dandiya Sticks: These are aggressive people. They might beat the hell out of you with that dandiya stick.

The One Who Only Cares About Fashion: You can spot the fashionistas from far away. They will be looking perfect and HOW!

The One Who's Always Criticising: They don't like anything about the event but are somehow there, don't know why!

The Creepy One: The creep will probably staring at you all the time and making your life hell by every minute.

I can't even begin to figure which category I fall in but what about you? Well, whatever may be the category(except the creepy one), you know that it is all about having fun during such festivals. Happy Navratri to one an all from Latestly.com family!
