Houston, September 22:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a week-long tour to the United States of America (USA), won hearts of netizens with his humble gesture at the Houston airport in Texas. The Prime Minister, who arrived in Houston on Saturday, received a warm welcome at the airport, but a heart-warming gesture by him left many on social media impressed. On his arrival at the airport, the Prime Minister was handed a large bouquet. In the video by ANI, the Prime Minister unhesitatingly is seen bending down to pick up the flower stalk of the bouquet that fell down on the ground. In the video that was widely appreciated on social media, the Prime Minister is seen greeting officials while walking down the carpet. After being handed a bouquet of flowers, a flower stalk falls down, following which the Prime Minister himself bends to pick it up instead of waiting for someone to do it or stepping over the stalk.

Moreover, the  grand event will also be attended by US President Trump in a rare gesture.
