Akshay Kumar Deletes 'Mission Raniganj' Post Mentioning 'India' And Reshares It With 'Bharat', Is It 'India vs Bharat' Debate Impact?
The story of Mission Raniganj is said to be based on the heroic Jaswant Singh Gill who played a significant role in rescuing all the surviving miners trapped inside a flooded coal mine in Raniganj in November 1989.
Akshay Kumar's latest act on X has added more fuel to the ongoing debate of 'India' getting renamed as 'Bharat'. Case in point, today Akshay dropped an announcement video mentioning that the teaser of his next Mission Raniganj will be out on October 6. However, he instantly deleted his post on X which mentioned 'India' in the caption and re-shared it by replacing India with 'Bharat'. To note, as The Great Indian Rescue is now Mission Raniganj, the tagline of the flick has also changed to The Great Bharat Rescue. The movie stars Parineeti Chopra as female lead.
