Jawan: Shah Rukh Khan Addresses Nayanthara's Single Mom Track Not Being Explored More in His New #AskSRK Session
In Jawan, Seeza Saroj Mehta played the role of Suji. Among the actors who made their debut in the film, Seeza was the only child actor who made her debut. Many fans appreciated her role in the film though it was brief.
During his #AskSRK session, Shah Rukh Khan responded to a fan who talked about Azad's bond with Suji. For the unversed Nayanthara plays a single mother, Narmada, who has a daughter named Suji. Many fans loved the cute bond between Azad and Suji in the film, which is what the fan pointed out, "the single mom storyline was subtly done and really refreshing". SRK responded saying that he loved the story of Narmada as a single mother, and "in the scheme of things" that side of her character could not find more screen time, but "as is was also wonderful".
