Raj Kundra Released From Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai After Getting Bail in Pornography Case (Watch Video)

Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Police's crime branch after being booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. He moved a bail plea before the metropolitan magistrate court on Saturday, days after the police filed a supplementary charge-sheet in the case.

Raj Kundra was released from Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai on Tuesday (September 21).  He was granted bail by the Mumbai Court on Monday in connection with his pornography case. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate SB Bhajipale on Monday permitted Kundra's bail application on furnishing a bond of Rs 50,000.
