Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, has made headlines with his recent property purchase. According to Viral Bhayani, he has acquired two floors in Panchsheel Park in New Delhi for INR 37 crore. The deal, registered in May 2024, included a stamp duty payment of INR 2.64 crore. Notably, this is the same building where Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan lived during their early days, and it holds sentimental value.
