In a video statement, Dutta expressed her concerns, asserting that Sawant's actions have tarnished her image and career in the industry. She highlighted the hard work and dedication she had invested over five years, including 16 movies and numerous stage shows, which had earned her a promising career. Dutta emphasised her history of not levying allegations unnecessarily and stated that she remains committed to addressing important issues directly. Earlier, Tanushree took to Instagram and shared a long note sharing her trauma.
