BTS Suga’s DUI case has taken a new turn with his licence plate issue now clarified. The case has been transferred to the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office, with Suga not facing detention.
BTS Suga’s ongoing DUI case has taken the headlines by storm, with a fresh twist emerging. According to BTSchart, South Korea Police after inquiries with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, it was confirmed that the suspicion of a missing licence plate was cleared, as vehicles like kickboards don’t require plates. Yongsan Police clarified that the vehicle in question was not an electric scooter but a personal kickboard, which doesn’t necessitate licence plates. The case has now been forwarded to the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office. This development follows a three-hour police questioning at Yongsan precinct.
