ACTC's CEO shared a video about AR Rahman's Chennai concert fiasco and said that the company takes full responsibility as the event organisers. He added that it was not the singer's fault, and that the tickets will be refunded to fans. He also apologised to the fans who were inconvenienced due to the overcrowding.
