A female Home Guard deployed at the Chabua Police Station in Dibrugarh, Assam, was suspended from duty following a viral social media video. The clip captured Mili Prabha Chutia, the Home Guard, engaging in unprofessional conduct while at work. The incident occurred during a Basant Utsav (Bihu Celebration). Ms Chutia, who was meant to be part of the security detail, can be seen in the video going onstage uninvited.
