The Gujarat government, on Wednesday, October 18, announced pay revisions for the state employees in accordance with 7th Pay Commission. In a cabinet meeting, the Bhupendra Patel-led government decided to increase the existing wages of fixed-salary employees of the state by 30%. The latest salary hike will benefit 61,560 state employees. The new pay hike will be implemented with effect from October 1, 2023. મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઇ પટેલની અધ્યક્ષતામાં આજે મળેલી કેબિનેટ બેઠકમાં રાજ્યના ફિક્સ-પગાર આધારિત 61,560 જેટલા કર્મચારીઓના પ્રવર્તમાન વેતનમાં 30% જેટલો વધારો કરવાનો કર્મચારી હિતલક્ષી નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવેલ છે, જેનો અમલ તા.1 ઓક્ટોબર,2023ની અસરથી કરવામાં આવશે.
