In a disturbing incident, a house help was caught on CCTV brutally assaulting a pet dog in the absence of the owners in Rajasthan's Jaipur. The incident occurred at the residence of Dr Sangeeta, a medical professional who had entrusted her pet dog, Sophie, to domestic help Manju Kanwar while she was at work. The video from the home’s CCTV camera, shared by the Instagram page Street Dogs of Bombay, shows the woman violently slamming the dog to the ground and repeatedly hitting it as the terrified animal tries to escape.
