Fintech company BharatPe has approached the Delhi high court alleging that Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain are running a "vicious and vitriolic campaign" against it. Grover, who was engaged in a legal battle with the BharatPe board, resigned as its managing director in April this year.
