The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a plea seeking suspension of all construction activities of the Central Vista Avenue Redevelopment Project in view of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1 Lakh on the petitioner and said it is a motivated plea.
