Devisingh Ransingh Shekhawat, husband of Pratibha Patil, India's former President passes away today. A former MLA, Shekhawat passed away in Pune. As per reports, he breathed his last at 9:30 am. He was the husband of Pratibhatai Patil, the first woman President of India. As per reports, Shekhawat was not keeping well since the last two days.
