A pointsman in Mumbai Division of Indian Railways Mayur Shelkhe saved life of a child who lost his balance while walking at platform 2 of Vangani railway station and fell on railway tracks, while a train was moving in his direction. The incident took place on April 17. Railways Minister Piyush Goyal appreciated Shelkhe for his act of bravery.
