The incident occurred on May 16, inside the police station premises, where the locksmith, Mohammad Ali Ansari, was reportedly dragged and physically abused by the sub-inspector, identified as Raj Shekhar Salgare. Ansari recounted being attacked at the police station for demanding full payment from GRP personnel for key duplication services.
