In a shocking incident in Nalasopara, Palghar district, police have arrested a 30-year-old tuition teacher, Amit Dubey, for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl student at his tuition centre. As per an ANI report, the accused lured the victim to the tuition centre under false pretence, where he sexually assaulted her. The incident, which occurred between March and July this year, came to light after the victim filed a complaint, leading to the registration of a case under relevant sections of the IPC and the POCSO Act by Pelham Police Station.
