Amid a logjam over Manipur, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi and BRS MP Nama Nageswara Rao have filed the No Confidence Motion against the Modi Government in the Lok Sabha. The Lower House Speaker is expected to consider the notice in Parliament today.
