Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Bharat Mandapam, in Delhi on Saturday, where he is set to launch a unique week-long programme for Aspirational Blocks in the country called 'Sankalp Saptaah'. 'Sankalp Saptaah' is tied to the successful execution of the Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP), a statewide initiative inaugurated by the Prime Minister on January 7. It aims to improve governance at the block level in order to enhance the quality of life of citizens.
