The video, which has gone viral on Telegram, shows Ghori urging Indian Muslim youth to attack rail infrastructure and government functionaries. He also outlines methods for carrying out bomb blasts using pressure cookers and calls for targeting petroleum pipelines and Hindu leaders. Ghori, a fugitive jihadist with ties to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), orchestrated the Bengaluru blast through a sleeper cell. In the video, he acknowledges that Indian agencies, including the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and National Intelligence Agency (NIA), are weakening sleeper cells by targeting their assets but vows to retaliate.
